Q.  Our working hours?
A.  Our working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday. However, our website is able to take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q.  Price match with other distributors?
A.  We regularly check our prices against other distributors to ensure that we are highly competitive. With such a wide range of manufacturers and products, and due to the highly automated nature of our business, we are still able to offer a better or at least price-match on any genuine price.
If you find a product that is significantly cheap elsewhere and/or require a large number of any one item, please email with full details, we'll get you the best deal.

Q.  Better price for large orders?
A.  We regularly monitor our prices against other distributors to ensure that they are highly competitive. However, in certain cases, for large orders, we are able to negotiate special prices with our suppliers. If you are looking to place an order in excess of 5000.00, then please call our sales representive on 01923 464105 or email with full details to enable us to offer you the best possible terms.

Q.  How to find a product?
A.  There are four ways to find a product:

1) Search Engine - The search box is permanently located under the top menu. Choose one of the following:
  • Product Search - Type one or more keywords included in a product name e.g. 'Windows XP pro', only products that contain all of these words in its product name will be displayed.

  • ITMAX Search - Type in the ITMAX product ID if you know e.g. 'MS0008' (which is ITMAX product ID for Windows XP pro with SP2 DSP OEM) and the product will be displayed.

  • Manufacturer Reference Search - Type in the manufacturers product part number (MPN), the product with the required MPN will be displayed.
2) Catalogue - By clicking any of the categories on left side of the page will direct user to its sub categories - listing manufacturers and their products. The aim is for our customers to find products without any trouble and time wastage.

Q.  What if you can't find product?
A.  If you have tried the standard search engine and the catagories, but still cannot find what you are looking for, please call our sales representative 0n 01923 464105 or e-mail to . Once we receive your enquiry, our sales team will confirm the product(s) price and delivery date. Rest assured, we'll supply you the product(s) at most competitive price.

Q.  How to find detailed information on a product?
A.  When you have found the product that you are interested in from our product list, simply click on available link which will take you to complete product description page. If no link is available then the product information is not online in which case please call our sales specialist on 01923 464105 or e-mail to for product information.

Q.  Ways to check availability of a product?
A.  Once you click on any of the manufacturer's sub categories, the next page will display stock status in addition to Product Title, SKU number and Manufacturer's part number.

  • stock: Yes - Stock is currently in our warehouse ready for despatch.
  • stock: 2-3 Days - Stock will be in our warehouse in 2 - 3 days for despatch.
  • stock: Unavailable - Stock is obsolete by Manufacturer and not available any more. Best to buy latest versions or alternative product.
  • stock: On Request - Stock is obsolete or slow moving and is only available by request.
We make every effort to ensure that stock and lead time information is accurate but it cannot be guaranteed.

Q.  How the price on website is different to other advertising?
A.  The prices on the website are correct and are updated at all times due to daily dollar rate variation. Unfortunately, due to advertising lead-times, there are occasions when the prices on advertised materials are out of date. We make every effort to ensure this is kept to the minimum, but a small number of differences are inevitable.

Q.  How to order a product(s)?
A.  Find the product(s) that you are interested in using either the search engine or categories facilities (left hand side of the page).

Click on Product Image to check complete specification and availability. Once you have decided that you want to order a product, click on "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" button. Your product will be added to your Shopping Cart and from here you can Checkout and follow the screen instructions to proceed for secure SSL transactions.

If you would like to buy more than one item then click on "Continue Shopping" button to add items onto your shopping basket and when you are finished click on "Proceed to Checkout" button to continue to checkout process.

Once you have entered all required details, your order is complete. An e-mail would be sent confirming receipt of your order to the email address provided by you.

Q.  How late can one place an order?
A.  Our website is able to take your orders 24/7. However, we are only able to process and despatch your orders 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. All orders placed before 4:00pm Monday - Friday will be processed the same day. All orders placed after 4:00pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Q.  Can one order on the website and collect?
    A.  Unfortunately collection is not available from our warehouse as we only deliver goods to our customer by courier service. However we do offer same day delivery for urgent requirements. Please call our sales team on 01923 464105 or email for same day delivery quote.

    Q.  How to pay for online orders?
    A.  We accept Visa, Master, Delta, Switch, Solo and American Express. Other payment methods include Cheque by Post, Cheque on Delivery (COD), BACS payment or a 30 Day Credit Account. For further information please call our sales team on 01923 464105 or email

    Q.  How to change or cancel order(s)?
    A.  Our systems are highly integrated and automated, so changing or cancelling an order after it has been placed is not possible for you to do from the website. However, please e-mail us at or call after-sales line on 01923 464105 and we will endeavour to help if at all feasible.

    Q.  Acknowledgment of order(s)?
    A.  You will receive an email order confirmation receipt as soon as we have received your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation receipt, please e-mail us at or call sales team on 01923 464105 with your web order reference number and one of our sales representative will confirm your order.

    Q.  Where can we deliver?
    A.  We deliver anywhere in the UK, including Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We also deliver goods to anywhere in the world if they are purchased by Cheque or Bank Transfer.

    Q.  If deliver address is different from payment card address?
    A.  When item has been added to shopping basket, you can "continue shopping" or "procced to checkout" which will take you to delivery page. Here select delivery method which suit you best and also select Delivery to different address than Credit/Debit Card Registered Address. This will give you space on checkout page to type in your Credit/Debit card registered address (billing address) as well as shipping address. We will be happy to deliver your goods to your delivery address.

    Q.  Change of deliver address after the order has been placed?
    A.  Please contact our customer services team on 01923 464105 with order details, including your order reference number. In most cases we should be able to change the delivery address as long as your order has not already been despatched. We usually despatch orders by 4:00p.m.

    Q.  Didn't receive goods or received wrong / damaged goods?
    A.  If you have not received your order or you got the wrong product or arrived product was damaged then please email or call on 01923 464105 with full details including your order reference number. We will investigate and advise you of an estimated delivery date possibly the same day.

    Q.  Damaged product(s) out of stock?
    A.  In some cases it is possible that the faulty or damaged product(s) are out of stock. In such cases our customer services team will contact you with estimated delivery date and time. We intend to solve all such cases within 2 - 3 business days.

    Q.  Faulty product(s) within the manufacturers warranty period?
    A.  Please contact the appropriate manufacturer as required in the documentation supplied with the product.

    Q.  Return of unwanted product(s)?
    A.  If the product is at its original manufacturers packaging, you can return it to us but there will be a 15% re-stocking charge.     Q.  Product return procedure?

    Q.  How should you pack and send product(s) to ITMAX?
    A.  Items MUST be returned in original manufacturers packaging and received in as new condition. Please pack all products in an appropriate box, ideally the one it originally arrived in, taking care not to damage the product or it's packaging, any items damaged in transit will be rejected. Enclose a note to briefly explain the circumstances for the return. Please ensure that the package is appropriately insured in transit and post or courier to:
